I suppose it’s because I once had a Wedding Wednesday link up, but Wednesdays have always just felt like the right time to chat wedding stuff, don’t you agree? And because I’m a wedding planner (obviously), I love chatting wedding stuff.
Of all people, I am definitely familiar with how stressful planning a wedding can be – there’s a reason it’s my job! But I also know that having a full wedding planner isn’t always in the budget (though I highly recommend booking a month or day of coordinator, if at all possible). I’m not really one to hoard secrets either, so I put together a handy wedding planning task list for you all to use!
This includes all items for you to complete before the wedding, including guest management (i.e. booking hotel blocks), rehearsal dinner coordination, and the actual planning of the wedding itself. The items I included are ones that I typically handle or manage during the planning process (or at least guide you through), so you won’t see things like booking your honeymoon or changing your name after the wedding on this list. Regardless, it’s fairly comprehensive and for you to use however you’d like*!
If you’re having a hard time with a specific aspect of the planning process, just let me know – I’d love to offer my blog readers a special 1 hour consultation rate of $75 to chat all things wedding! I would be more than happy to help you establish a wedding day timeline, keep you on track for your planning task list, or share thoughts about your design! Just contact me and let me know that you saw this post to get the offer.
